Properly selected and fitted boxing gloves optimally protect your hands against micro-injuries and absorb the force of impacts, absorbing and dispersing the impact energy evenly over the entire surface of the glove. Gloves are intended to protect not only the user, but also the sparring partner or opponent in the ring, and at the same time minimize the risk of injuries. The quality and safety of training depend on well-selected gloves. The weight of boxing gloves is influenced by the density and type of foam used, the number of layers used in the impact zone, and additional layers placed in the wrist or blocking zone. An ounce (oz) is not a size but a unit of weight (28.35 grams), but the number of ounces determines not only the weight of the gloves, but also their size. For lighter gloves, up to 10 ounces, the interior space for hand entry also increases with weight, making it easier to size based on the weight of the gloves. The internal size of gloves weighing 10 ounces and more is already universal, and the external dimensions of gloves increase with weight, which is related to the use of more and more foam in the impact zone, thus determining the purpose of the gloves.

Professionally made Overlord® Legacy boxing gloves are designed for training and sparring in such styles as Classic Boxing, Muay Thai, Krav Maga, Kickboxing, they will also work well in other full contact styles and during training on equipment.
Legacy gloves are made of durable and durable synthetic leather. Optimal absorption of impact forces is ensured by Eva foam - Latex Rubber Base Foam Soft, characterized by excellent shock-absorbing properties.
The gloves fit perfectly to the hand, and the thumb connected to the glove reduces the risk of injury to a minimum. The wrist is additionally protected by extensive 15 mm thick cuff stiffening.
Overlord® Legacy Boxing Gloves are equipped with a ventilation panel thanks to which the hands remain cool and dry even during intense training, and effective moisture removal inhibits the growth of microorganisms..
