METHODS, TERMS AND COSTS OF DELIVERY
Orders placed in the Overlord Online Store are delivered via a courier company, InPost, or the InPost Paczkomaty system provided by InPost Paczkomaty spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Krakow (www.paczkomaty.pl).
The total order processing time is up to five (5) business days: two (2) business days to complete the shipment and hand it over to the carrier and two (3) business days to deliver the shipment by the carrier.
Depending on the payment method you choose, the order processing time is counted from:
- if you choose payment on delivery of the ordered goods (cash on delivery) - the indicated order processing time is counted from the date of sending an e-mail to you by Ogrody Polskie confirming the acceptance of the order for execution,
- if you choose to pay in advance by credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro) or by online bank transfer - the indicated order processing time is counted from the date of receipt by Ogrody Polskie of confirmation of the correct execution of the payment by the entity performing the payment,
Shipments are sent from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays for the Republic of Poland.
Shipping costs for all orders OVER 600 EURO are completely free. When placing an order, the customer can choose the following payment method:
- cash on delivery of the ordered goods (cash on delivery) - the customer pays the courier by collecting the ordered goods delivered via a courier company to the address indicated by the customer in the order;
- payment card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro) or fast bank transfer (e-transfer);
- before collecting the ordered goods (payment in advance) - electronic payment by credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro) or by online bank transfer via the online payment service https://www.dotpay.pl/.
The customer may pay in advance for the ordered goods delivered via a courier company to the address indicated by the customer in the order or via the InPost Paczkomaty system.
The customer who chose payment in advance when placing the order should pay the price within 72 hours of receiving an e-mail from Overlord confirming receipt of the order and acceptance of the order for execution, otherwise such an order will be cancelled.
The customer who, when placing the order, chose the payment on delivery of the ordered goods (cash on delivery), is obliged to make the payment upon receipt of the shipment containing the ordered goods.
Payment in advance by credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro) or by online bank transfer is made via the online payment service offered by Dotpay Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kraków, 30-552 Kraków, at Wielicka 28b Street, registered by the District Court Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, KRS number 0000700791, in accordance with the regulations available on the website at: https://www.dotpay. en/for-buyers/regulations/
